Christmas Activities and 2 Freebies

Who is ready for Christmas?  Not me!  I still have so much shopping to do!  I'm hopping on to share a few Christmas ideas with you.

This activity comes with 24 cards (12 elves and 12 reindeer).  You can use the activity as a Write the Room center or as a literacy station.  Students choose a card, look at the picture, unscramble and write the word.  This is a fun way to practice CVC words.
This is a cute and easy cut and paste activity.  The reindeer packet comes with 4 differentiated writing pages.
This gingerbread boy and girl comes with gumdrops.  I used this as a way to practice student's first names, but you could also have students record math facts, sight words, etc onto the gumdrops.
This Santa Craft is free in my TPT store.  He comes with 5 different writing pieces (beards).  He is another simple cut and paste activity.

This count and clip center is also free if you would like to print and place in a math center.  The cards practice numbers through 20.
This elf craft is probably my favorite Christmas activity!  He comes with 2 different writing pages.
I hope you found something useful that can help you as you finish out 2017!

Turkey Craft

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday!  We haven't even made it to Halloween yet, and I am already working on crafts for November!  Check out this fun Turkey Craft that can be used in several different ways.

Option 1:
The feathers have been left blank so that you can either print them on colorful paper or onto white paper and have students color them.
The blank feathers can be used to practice a variety of skills such as first names (have children write one letter on each feather), sight words, etc.
Option 2: Teen Numbers
Students cut and paste the numbers 11-19 in order.
 Option 3: Number Order
Students write the numbers on each feather in the correct order.
Option 4: Time to the Hour
Students write the time that is shown on the clock.
Option 5: Fractions
Students look at the pizza and record the correct fraction.
I love this craft because not only is it cute, but it is versatile!  Just print the feathers that will practice what skill(s) your students need.

Turkey Shape Craft

Want a fun and easy way to practice shapes?  Your students will love these shape turkeys!

Simply copy the patterns onto colored paper and have your students cut and paste to create their unique turkey.

These turkeys make an adorable display!  Just look how cute these turkeys turned out!  Natalie from Natalie Lynn Kindergarten  added a simple writing piece and made these with her Kindergarten class.
You can grab this Turkey Shape template in my store here.
