Five For Friday

I am linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching to share my five highlights from the week.

1. My baby had to go to the vet this week.

I just got a card in the mail the other day reminding me that I needed to get Scooter's yearly shots.  I was planning on waiting until I finished up the school year so I could take him.  Then the poor baby went and did this.  He scratched himself raw.  :(   Three shots, 3 medications, and $164 later he is starting to feel better...

2. This is the last week of school!  I have been working so hard to get everything finished up!  I created these for the kiddos.
3. Tomorrow is going to be a fun day all day long!  We will begin by going to Specials (Library), then we are going to watch a movie until lunch.  After lunch we will have Water Day.  Then we will change clothes and get cleaned up because our parents are coming to our End of the Year Celebration, which will consist of Candy Bar Awards and a special snack.
I have used Candy Bar Awards each year.  Normally I make them myself, but this year I am running low on time and I found some really cute ones on Teachers Pay Teachers.  I love them!

4. Yesterday Eric and I had 2 showers.  The first one he did not have to go to and he "Sure did hate it".  It was given by my family.  It was suppose to be a "small" shower, but I'm pretty sure it was one of my best showers!

We had small snacks, mostly desserts!

And check out all the presents!!  This was a pantry shower, so I got all kind of food, recipes, paper towels, toilet paper, gift cards, cash, and more of my dishes.  My brother will be happy to know I have food in the house.  He lives in North Carolina and gets very upset when he comes to visit and the refridgerator and cabinents are bare!

After this shower I left and went over to a shower given by Eric's family.  I didn't take any pictures while we were there, but we got such nice things.  We got gift cards, more dishes, and lots of cash.  We have been saving all of our cash to use while on the Honeymoon.  My mom even bought Eric a grill!

5. Here is an ocean freebie if you haven't grabbed it up yet:
